Returns service
This return and refund policy applies to all products purchased on the animalutilities.org website.
- Return Conditions
Customers may apply for a return upon receiving the goods if the following conditions are met:
The goods are in unused condition;
The goods do not affect resale;
The packaging, accessories, and attachments are complete;
The return request is submitted within a reasonable time.
Returns are not supported in the following situations:
The goods have been used or damaged by the customer;
The goods are unsaleable due to customer reasons;
The original packaging, accessories, or attachments are missing;
The goods are not eligible for return according to the page or the law.
- Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues, wrong item shipped, or damage during transportation, the return shipping costs will be borne by the merchant;
If the return is due to personal reasons (including but not limited to dislike, mistaken purchase, or no longer need), the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Refund Process
After we receive the returned goods and complete our inspection and confirmation, we will initiate a refund through the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
The actual arrival time of a refund may vary depending on the processing procedures of the bank or payment service provider.
- Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available in the following situations:
Goods that affect resale;
Goods returned without authorization;
Goods that do not meet the return conditions.
